Job Description

The Clinical Documentation Specialist will be responsible for facilitating improvement of inpatient medical record documentation by intervening, interacting with, and educating physicians and other licensed independent practitioners.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Adult Inpatient/Surgical care.
  • BSN
  • RN / NP license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
