Responsibilities for the Nurse Manager of Sub-Acute care include:

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care outcomes in a sub-acute patient care unit
• Leading and managing the work performance of patient care personnel in attaining patient care goals and quality care outcomes
• Executing performance improvement initiatives
• Ensuring system efficiency
• Utilizing resources within budgetary constraints
• Maintaining standard of excellence in administering of care

• RN; BSN, preferred
• 4+ years of experience in an acute care setting, ideally Med/Surg
• Charge Nurse/supervisory experience, required
• Long-term care experience preferred
