To recognize our high-level performers, we initiated The Chairman's Circle, a firm-sponsored incentive program designed to:

The Outing
Once a year, our firm sponsors the Chairman's Circle, a weekend-long getaway at a major resort exclusively designed to reward our outstanding performers.

The employee and a guest are invited to spend a weekend at a luxurious location, take advantage of the local sites and activities, and attend a firm-wide welcoming cocktail party and dinner to celebrate and share their successes. Airfare, local transportation, and hotel accommodations are all paid for by our firm. It's just our way of saying "Thank You" to our employees who make it possible for us to stay on top in the industry.

Previous destinations for the outing have included San Juan, Puerto Rico and Nassau Bahamas / Paradise Island.
