| Community Initiatives Community Service At The Execu|Search Group our dedication to service extends beyond our clients and candidates and into our community. We believe in contributing to the greater good and in promoting sustainable and ethical business practices. Our firm has a long history of supporting worthy causes and organizations in the City of New York and the Tri-State area. On a monthly basis, our firm raises money for a charity that has been selected by our staff. Our charitable fundraising drives include everything from raising money to collecting toys, coats and food. Our staff recognize the significance of their community in their own personal success and happily work hard to give back. As the driving force behind our community initiatives, staff members participate in community charity events, volunteer their time to a variety of causes, and make donations to a wide range of organizations. We encourage staff to get involved as volunteers and supporters of community organizations, and offer all staff members an extra day off to volunteer their time one day each year. Here is just a small sampling of some of our staff members who show their commitment to enhancing our community through volunteering and service: | | Derek Eassey- Account Executive, Information Technology "I am an active volunteer for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City. The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City is to provide mentors to all children who need caring adult role models. I have a ‘little brother’ that lives out in Brooklyn that I meet up with every other weekend for four hours and take him to the park or events around the city." | | .jpg) | Katie Niekrash- Director, Healthcare “I volunteer with Day One's Youth Voices Network, which is an organization dedicated to ending domestic violence and that focuses on educating young people about the subject. My role is to speak to teens in various forums, sharing my story to help educate them about the signs of domestic violence and what to do if they may be in an abusive relationship or have a friend who is in an abusive relationship.” | | | Jonathan Silverman- Executive Recruiter, Accounting/Finance “I'm a member of the Junior Committee of the St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children. The Junior Committee is dedicated to creating a community and a network for members to meet, learn, exchange ideas, and contribute to each other’s success, while serving the mission of St. Mary’s.” | | | Other charities and organizations that our staff members actively support include: We are proud of the unique ways our staff works to strengthen their communities, and we look forward to continuing to help support these causes in their mission to improve the lives of so many.
