Overseeing the operations of the Accounting / Finance, Accounting Support, and Office Support recruiting groups, as well as providing direct supervision, training, and mentoring of his staff, Gary has been with the firm since 1989.

A strong advocate of hard work and the sharing of knowledge, he believes in leading by example. “It’s important to step up and serve as the point person when needed. I like to demonstrate the value of diligence, personal ownership and responsibility, strong ethics, and clear communication to ensure we provide top-level service to our clients and candidates, and adhere to our firm’s goals.”

Prior to joining The Execu|Search Group, Gary worked for Lazar, Levine & Company, a public accounting firm in New York City. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from The State University of New York at Oswego.

Gary spends his free time with his wife and three children. An avid boater, he is also the president of The Syosset Soccer Club, a program serving more than 1,700 children on Long Island.
