Executive Biography Gary Grossman President - Permanent Division Overseeing the operations of the Accounting / Finance, Human Resources, and Office Support recruiting groups, as well as providing direct supervision, training, and mentoring of his staff, Gary has been with the firm since 1989. A strong advocate of hard work and the sharing of knowledge, Gary believes in leading by example. “I believe it is important to demonstrate the value of diligence, personal ownership, responsibility, strong ethics, and clear communication," he says. "Those principles allow us to provide top-level service to our clients and candidates, and adhere to the goals of the firm.” Prior to joining The Execu|Search Group, Gary worked for Lazar, Levine & Company, a public accounting firm in New York City. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from The State University of New York at Oswego. Gary spends his free time with his wife and three children.
