Jeff oversees our retained Healthcare (Execu|Search Healthcare PartnersSM) and Human Resources Divisions. He has over 15 years of corporate human resources and executive healthcare search experience. Prior to joining The Execu|Search Group, Jeff was a Vice President at one of the largest retained healthcare search firm practices nationally. Before serving in an executive search capacity, Jeff was on the senior human resources leadership team at WellChoice, Inc. (the former Fortune 350 parent company of Empire BlueCross BlueShield) for over 7 years; and previously oversaw talent acquisition at Group Health Incorporated (GHI), a major New York-based regional health insurer. Jeff earned a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from The University of Rhode Island where he was elected to The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi; and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The State University of New York at Oswego.
As a former human resources executive and "purchaser" of executive search services from a wide variety of firms, Jeff knows what it takes to most effectively partner with clients and deliver optimal talent.
He is a member of The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE); Healthcare Leaders of New York (HLNY); The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM); and serves on the Staffing Committee of The Human Resources Association of New York (HR/NY). Jeff is an active volunteer for TRTCares, a program launched to provide free professional career counseling assistance to members of his community. Originally from Rochester, New York, he resides in New Jersey and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters. Jeff closely follows current events, politics and sports.
