Kelly Mattice
Managing Director

As Managing Director of our Healthcare Division, Kelly oversees one of the largest healthcare recruiting divisions in the City of New York and tri-state region.

Kelly joined the firm in 2002, and in that time has advanced quickly within the firm, starting as a recruiter, working her way up to Director, and shortly thereafter earning the position of Managing Director. She believes strongly in self-sufficiency, integrity, and following through on her word to ensure she earns the respect of her clients and candidates.

Kelly feels that successful placement is more about listening than talking: "Recruitment is not about selling someone an opportunity or trying to convince a candidate to take a job. It’s about laying out people’s options for them and educating them about details of the industry that they may not have known otherwise. This job is not as much about sales as it is about listening, being able to read between the lines, and responding to your instincts.”

Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Towson University, and lives on Long Island with her husband and son.
