Executive Biography Lawrence Dolinko Senior Managing Director - Temporary Division A member of our firm since 2001, Larry is a proven leader at The Execu|Search Group. As Senior Managing Director of the Temporary Staffing Division, Larry develops, manages, and maintains the firm's major accounts in temporary staffing and is responsible for expanding The Execu|Search Group’s presence in New Jersey. Partnering with new and existing clients to foster continued growth in the New Jersey area, Larry oversees the development of our Parsippany, NJ office. He plans to mirror the business plan he used when he spearheaded the opening of the firm’s Bridgewater, NJ office in 2008. Larry began his career as a media buyer for a well-known international advertising agency and subsequently moved on to gain hands-on sales experience at a major interactive media company. His extensive experience in the art of client management, negotiation, and sales has shaped his personal business style. He believes in taking a proactive yet hands-off approach when managing relationships: “I make sure I am on top of things and always available to discuss a client’s needs or questions, while also striving to never be too pushy. People seem to really appreciate this approach - they know I ultimately want them to do what’s best for them. Larry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Buffalo. He is a sports enthusiast who spends his free time watching his favorite teams and staying active himself, as well as spending time with his wife and his two daughters.
