New York, Nov. 2007 – The Execu|Search Group, an industry-leading professional recruitment and temporary staffing firm headquartered in New York City, is excited to announce the re-launch of its website.  The new site features streamlined navigation and design, enhanced job search functionality, and innovative content and tools to assist job seekers and employers throughout the City of New York and tri-state area. “Our 20+ year track record and commitment to the highest level of personal service has always set us apart.  Our new website will make us even more unique in the recruitment industry by enhancing the level of service we can offer. It will expand our reach and put interactive, personalized, and dynamic tools and information directly in the hands of job seekers and employers,” said Ed Fleischman, founder and CEO of Execu|Search.

The new execu-search.com aims to serve as a destination site for active job seekers and all professionals interested in career-long learning and development.  In addition to enhancements made to daily published job listings and job search functionality, the newly launched site also features a vast amount of interactive content and innovative personalized tools not offered by other recruitment firms.  Professionals can tailor their search by signing up for a new service called “My Execu|Search”.  Fast and free, registration for My Execu|Search provides job seekers with an account where they can create and manage job alerts, upload and manage resumes, save and track their favorite jobs, track their job application history, save links to their favorite career-related sites, blogs, and videos, and participate in exclusive polls and surveys.  Users can also opt to receive alerts as their favorite content on the site is updated, including webinars, resume tools, and much more.

According to Greg Saukulak, Managing Director of The Execu|Search Group’s Interactive Resources department, “We believe that career development is life-long and are striving to become a definitive resource for professionals at all levels, whether they are actively looking for a job, or are more focused on improving their skills”.  To that end, the newly expanded “Execu|Search University: The Career Center” offers professionals a variety of information to help them develop their careers, including access to webinars, continuing professional education, white papers and reports, conferences and events information, resume tools, trade publications, and salary and employment guides.  Also featured are interactive tools and media such as podcasts, blogs, and a forum where professionals can discuss job search and career development issues with one another.  All of this information is publicly accessible with no registration required.

The new website also offers enhanced features and functionality for employers.  Profiles of candidates working with The Execu|Search Group continue to be publicly available for employers to search and request. Just like job seekers, employers can now personalize their experience with a My Execu|Search account that enables them to save and track their favorite candidates, track and manage job order requests, save links to employment-related sites, blogs, or videos, participate in and access results to exclusive polls and surveys, and be alerted to special services and vendors that may assist them with their talent management needs.

The informational needs of employers are also addressed through the comprehensive new Employer Resource Center.  The Resource Center is the employer counterpart to Execu|Search University, providing the same types of useful content (i.e., webinars, trade publications, blogs, podcasts, etc.) and community experience.

Another unique feature of the new execu-search.com is a special focus on “Execu|Search Alumni”, or individuals who have utilized our firm to successfully obtain placement in a temporary or permanent job.  To support their life-long learning and development even after they have found the right job, alumni can sign up for a My Execu|Search account that gives them access to special offers and discounts on various services, exclusive information about educational, training, and other career development opportunities, as well as the ability to save links to their favorite career-related sites, blogs, and videos.

Professionals and employers are invited to view the new website which is currently available at www.execu-search.com.

About The Execu|Search Group

The Execu|Search Group has been a leader in the professional recruitment and temporary staffing industry since its founding in 1985.  Headquartered in midtown Manhattan, we have two additional offices in Purchase, New York and Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Far different than a passive job board on which employers post an ad and sift through hundreds of resumes and where candidates submit resumes, crossing their fingers that theirs doesn’t get lost in the shuffle, Execu|Search represents a proactive approach to searching for the right job or candidate.  Rather than allowing employers to post jobs on our site, employers contact us directly and request our help to find the right person for a role within their firm.  Similarly, job seekers enlist our help to find the right opportunity for the next stage of their career.  Working with one of our recruiters, professionals receive personalized support and advice and gain access to more choice and opportunity, increasing the likelihood that they will find the best match for their needs and skills.

The Execu|Search Group specializes in recruiting in the following areas: Accounting/Finance, Accounting Support, Financial Services, Graphics, Healthcare, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal and Office Support, Junior Military Officers, Alternative Investments, and Retained Search.

More than a thousand available jobs and candidate profiles are posted and updated daily on execu-search.com, making us a premier destination for job seekers and employers alike throughout the City of New York and tri-state area.

Reaching out to our Community: The Execu|Search Group Charitable Giving Program

At The Execu|Search Group, we are dedicated to giving back to our community. By giving of ourselves, we strengthen our community as well as our team here at Execu|Search. We have always been proud of the level of commitment exemplified by our employees, not just to recruitment and staffing, but the heartfelt commitment to helping others.

Having experienced such success with our existing charitable efforts, we decided to take them a step further with the creation of The Execu|Search Group Charitable Giving Program. Our belief is that there are so many worthy causes that need and deserve our support that it’s impossible to pick just one - so we’ve picked twelve. With a different charity to focus on each month, Execu|Search has been able to raise awareness for some wonderful causes.

Whether it is donating to our Charitable Giving Program or taking a day to donate time to an organization, we embrace the opportunity to make a difference in someone else’s life.

Here are some ways we’ve made a difference:

January’s Charity of Choice: St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital

For over 40 years, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital has been striving to help children worldwide through unmatched quality of care and continued scientific efforts. It is for this reason that we chose St. Jude’s Research Hospital to be the first beneficiary of the 2008 Charitable Giving Program. For more information about this charity, please visit http://www.stjude.org/about.

February’s Charity of Choice: The American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Day

In February, The Execu|Search Group joined the AMA’s national campaign to raise awareness of the deadly effects cardiovascular disease has on women. To make our message heard, Execu|Search employees sported red on Friday, February 1, 2008 in honor of this worthy cause. To learn more about this charity, please visit www.goredforwomen.org.
