Job Seeker Process Employer Process Job Seeker Process The first and most important step comes when you submit your resume to ensure that we have access to a recent record of your skills and experience. After you submit your resume for a permanent role, the following process is followed: (Note: Temporary and temporary-to-full-time job seekers should refer to our Temporary Staffing Page page to learn more about the temporary staffing process) >> Your resume is forwarded to a recruiter in the appropriate area and reviewed to determine whether your skills are a suitable match for one of our available positions. >> If it looks like you may be a match based on your resume, you will receive a call from a recruiter who will pre-screen you to evaluate your eligibility in greater detail. >> If you are deemed eligible based on your pre-screening, you will be invited into our office to meet with your recruiter where you will discuss your work experience, skills, salary, and career goals, and undergo any relevant skills assessment. >> Based on your in-office assessment, your recruiter will determine which job(s) may suit you best, and will contact those employers to present your background. >> If the employer is interested in your background, your recruiter will arrange an interview between you and that employer. Your recruiter will thoroughly prepare you by letting you know what to expect during your interview and how to handle other aspects of the interview process. >> After your interview(s), your recruiter will obtain detailed feedback from the employer. >> If and when an offer is made from the employer, your recruiter will present you with the offer, assist with salary negotiations, and begin credential / reference verification process. >> Once you accept the offer, your recruiter will assist you with the resignation process from your current position. Employer Process The process for employers may begin from one of many different sources, including job orders submitted via our website, referrals from other employers we’ve worked with in the past, or referrals from some of our satisfied candidates.
