Executive Biography Peter Riccio Managing Director – Accounting/Finance Peter is a Managing Director within the Accounting/Finance division where he utilizes his industry experience and relationship-driven approach to successfully recruit and place candidates with top firms across the City of New York and Tri-State area. Peter joined The Execu|Search Group in 2008 and quickly became a key member of the firm’s Accounting/Finance division, following a career in the finance/asset management space in New York City. Peter leverages his first-hand knowledge of the industry to successfully place candidates across all areas of accounting and finance including hedge fund accounting, product control, financial reporting, management reporting, tax, audit, and public accounting. As a result of his diligent work ethic and motivation to help others, Peter has been successful in developing invaluable relationships with both clients and candidates. “It’s not about numbers or making a quick sell,” says Peter of his approach to recruiting, “it’s about keeping the candidates’ best interests in mind and making sure the client is presented with the best fit for their needs.” A graduate of Villanova University, Peter holds a degree in Business Marketing as well as a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance. Peter resides in New York City where he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing sports, and being involved with communal healthcare organizations.
