Kyle Mattice

President - Health Services, Temporary Division

A seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, Kyle is responsible for managing the firm’s Temporary Health Services division and its services, which include locum tenens, travel nurse and allied services, workforce management solutions, and multiple healthcare branch offices located throughout the east coast. Kyle joined The Execu|Search Group in 2008 with a mandate to establish a health services staffing division for the firm and quickly ascended to his current leadership role as President by establishing the division as an industry leader across multiple healthcare staffing segments.

Kyle started his career as a recruiter for a national healthcare staffing organization, and his most recent role before joining The Execu|Search Group was as a Regional Manager for an international provider of business and technology solutions based out of New York, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C.

Kyle has proven himself as a leader who is motivated to facilitate the success of his clients, colleagues, and division as a whole. He achieves this success through his straight-forward, purposeful approach with a focus on building impactful relationships. “Success happens when you get to do what you love alongside committed people you are passionate about working and succeeding with. My job is to help our team realize their own potential and to build trust amongst the department. Once that confidence and comradery have been established, I get out of the way and watch the team achieve amazing goals.”

When establishing the Health Services Staffing division, Kyle’s first order of business was to develop The Execu|Search Group’s independent pre-employment Compliance and Credentialing Department. Since 2009, The Execu|Search Group has been both Joint Commission Certified for Health Care Staffing Services and an active member of the Health Care Compliance Association. “We take great pride in our firm’s commitment to providing a vigorous Compliance, and Credentialing program,” he says. “We see this as the foundation to our overall service, and a critical aspect of a client’s or candidate’s decision to utilize us as their staffing partner.”

Kyle holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from The University of Scranton and is active in numerous healthcare industry associations. He lives on Long Island with his wife and two sons. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys the outdoors, being active in the community and spending as much time as possible with his family.
