A South Carolina hospital is seeking a qualified Family Practice Physician to work at its state of the art facilities!

These facilities are located in beautiful South Carolina! Residents enjoy a great quality of life with an abundance of outdoor recreation including lakes, hiking, fishing and camping. The community also boasts cultural attractions such as an opera house, vineyards, public gardens, museums and theaters. This location is a short drive to the city of Columbia as well as beaches and the ocean. Live in a quaint suburban community while having all these amenities right outside your door!

This is a strong traditional family medicine role. Both Inpatient with OB and outpatient components. Currently 3 other well-established physicians and 3 NPs in the practice, 4 other Fps in the community. Currently a 2-3 month wait period for patients, quick start-up for new physician. Have well-established practice in 6 months. Patient population: varied but leans older. Usually see 20-25 patients outpatient and 4 inpatients. Mostly outpatient, small amount of inpatient rounding. 1:4 call. Admit to hospital nearby with full sub-specialty support. Well-compensated position: base depending on experience but in the $160,000 range, two-year income guarantee. Loan repayment options available, partnership option after 3 years with $10,000 buy-in. Up to $25,000 relocation/sign-on package. Benefits include: health, dental, life insurance, 401k matched, 2 weeks vacation, 1 week CME with $2000 allowance. License, dues and malpractice covered.
