- Provides and directs the provision of home nursing care
- Ensures the coordination of care through close collaboration with the case managers
- Maintains clinical records in accordance with New York State and Federal regulations

Required Skills

- 1+ years of home care and pediatrics experience
- Valid Registered Nurses license
- Strong knowledge of pediatrics, rehabilitation, and home care
- Excellent communications skills
