Job Description
|
|
The Infection Control Nurse will be trained in hospital epidemiology principles and will be responsible for:
- Surveillance, analysis, and reporting of nosocomial infections
- Educating employees about infection control
- Developing health system policies and procedures to insure rigorous infection control standards that meet JCAHO, OSHA, Public Health Department, and Center for Disease Control requirements
