The International Tax Manager will join a core group that focuses on all aspects of cross border and international taxation for both inbound investors into the US and US multinational companies investing globally. In addition, the candidate will focus on Private Equity, Hedge Funds & financial instrument clients as it relates to the services above as well as focusing on quantitative analysis projects internationally.

Required Skills
|
- 5+ years international tax experience from public/private or law firm
- BS in Accounting / MS in taxation
- JD/LLM
- CPA
- Proficient with corporate and international tax
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
