As the Patent Legal Secretary, you will:

• Prepare and file the USPTO of US originating and foreign originating patent applications, patent formalities documents, Information Disclosure Statements, and responses to Office Actions
• Prepare correspondence to foreign associates relating to foreign patent applications, as well as communicate with clients
• Work with attorneys' dockets and assist in finalizing billings

• 3-5 years experience with progressive intellectual property patent prosecution matters with a thorough understanding of tasks related to foreign and domestic patent prosecution
• Extremely effective oral and written communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge and use of the USPTO PAIR system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work under deadlines
