About the Opportunity

A great facility is currently seeking a bright and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for an excellent opportunity. This is a full-time PT position at a beautiful SNF/long term care facility. You will be working in all aspects of physical therapy. The individual in this position will work through Bridge Travel Healthcare, a division of The Execu|Search Group. Therapists that are employed through Bridge Travel Healthcare receive medical benefits starting on day one of employment, as well as up to 18 days of PTO (Paid Time Off) and many other exclusive employment benefits. Travel and relocation expenses may also be provided for non-local candidates.

Job Description
|
|
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for:
- Providing skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with Physician orders
- Assessing patient needs, planning for, evaluating, and modifying care to meet goals of Physical Therapy Interventions
- Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
- Instructing patient/family on patient's total physical therapy program
- Advising, consulting, and instructing members of the multi-disciplinary team in specific physical therapy modalities
- Observing and reporting patient progress and/or changes in patient status to Physician and appropriate multi-disciplinary team members

Required Skills
|
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Physical Therapy (PT) license
- 0-10 years of PT experience
|
|
