A great outpatient facility is currently seeking a bright and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for an excellent opportunity. This is a full-time PT position Monday - Friday 9-5 or 8-4. You will be working in all aspects of physical therapy.  The individual in this position will work through Bridge Travel Healthcare, a division of The Execu|Search Group. Outpatient Rehab Facility

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for:

• Providing skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with Physician orders to the IDD population
• Assessing patient needs, planning for, evaluating, and modifying care to meet goals of Physical Therapy Interventions
• Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
• Instructing patient/family on patient's total physical therapy program
• Advising, consulting, and instructing members of the multi-disciplinary team in specific physical therapy modalities
• Observing and reporting patient progress and/or changes in patient status to Physician and appropriate multi-disciplinary team members

•  Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapy (PT) license
• 0-5  years PT experience                                   $

• Experience working with the developmentally disabled population
