About the Opportunity

A growing rehabilitation company is currently seeking an energetic Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing skilled physical therapy services/interventions within a home care setting on the West Side of Manhattan. The individual in this position will work through Bridge Travel Healthcare, a division of The Execu|Search Group. Therapists that are employed through Bridge Travel Healthcare receive medical benefits starting on day one of employment, as well as up to 18 days of PTO (Paid Time Off) and many other exclusive employment benefits. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday (6 visits per day) opportunity.

Job Description
|
|
The Physical Therapist will be expected to:
- Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
|
|
Required Skills
|
- At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Some Home Care experience
- New York State PT license
- Excellent communication skills
