|
|
As the Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and reviewing all OASIS assessments and corresponding 485's
- Completing all coding of OASIS assessments
- Collaborating with the Home Health Care management team to assess staff learning needs, competence, and performance to assist development of educational plans
- Communicating with community health nurses for information required to comple assessments
- Contributing to the development of standards of Practice for the Home Care Clinical staff
- Developing procedures and schedules for the clinical record audit
- Evaluating of risk and safety issues, satisfaction surveys, and performance improvement activity
- Reviewing documentation for compliance with regulations and agency standards
- Serving as resource for staff regarding quality improvement & documentation
- Participating in clinical reviews or audits

Required Skills

- Quality Improvement, Oasis, Home Care and CHHA
- 2 years CHHA
- RN or BSN
- Knowledge of and proficiency in computer applications, word processing, statistics, state and federal regulation
- Coding OASIS
