As the Staff Counsel, you will be responsible for:
- Drafting, editing negotiating contracts and proactively handling various transactional matters through to completion
- Supporting development adn improvement of contract templates and contracting processes
- Assisting on other matters as needed

Required Skills

- NJ Bar
- 0-2 years experience in law firm or corporate legal department; healthcare, life sciences
