As the Trademark Paralegal, you will:

• Manage and maintain Trademark database
• Generate weekly docket reports
• Remind supervising attorneys of pertinent deadlines
• Track and instruct renewals for U.S. and foreign trademark portfolios
• Manage and track procedures for legalization of documents for filing in foreign countries
• Daily interaction with global network of trademark agents managing clients’ foreign portfolios

• 3-6 years of international and domestic trademark portfolio management experience under the supervision of a trademark attorney
• Strong understanding of US PTO trademark application and registration process, statement of use procedures, renewal requirements, docketing due dates for applications and registrations.
• Experience using online watching services and conducting knockout trademark searches through Thompson and Thompson and/or CCH Corsearch online portals.
• Strong computer skills, including US PTO online filings, the ability to use pdfs, and scanning devices
