Executive Biography Edward Fleischman
Prior to starting The Execu|Search Group, Ed, a CPA, was the Director of Human Resources for Spicer & Oppenheim, an international accounting firm based in New York. He also served as a senior member of a national recruiting firm after beginning his career in public accounting.
A firm believer in professional ethics, Ed is proud that The Execu|Search Group is held to the highest standards in the marketplace. Ed regularly counsels the firm's clients in strategic senior-level hiring, structuring of compensation packages, and human resources issues. His expertise has extended beyond the firm’s clients to also be featured in publications such as The New York Times, CNBC.com, Crain’s, and Forbes. In addition, he has made appearances on Bloomberg TV, NBC, and a Monster/NY Times panel.
At The Execu|Search Group, he facilitates a company culture that encourages employees to play an integral role in the firm's success. His devotion to staff development has allowed the firm to not only attract and retain top talent, but to cultivate it as well. While Ed has overseen the expansion of the firm's locations and the development of new lines of business, he believes the firm would not be successful without the hard work and commitment of his staff.
Ed holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and two children.
