Chief Operating Officer - Temporary Division
Since joining the firm in 1997, Glenn has been the partner in charge of our temporary staffing/consulting division. As a recognized leader in the staffing industry, he is a former Board member of the New York Staffing Association and remains active in industry lobbying efforts as a part of the NYSA’s Political Action Committee. Glenn is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
Glenn’s business philosophy is based on nearly thirty years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. “Treat the client’s trust as sacred. Listen to what your candidates are really saying. Look out for the interest of your client and candidates. Communicate clearly and openly; be fair and ethical and everything else falls in place.” Glenn is most proud of the wonderful group of professionals that have achieved success and helped build the industry leading firm that The Execu|Search Group is today. Additionally, he's shared his expertise and insight about hiring trends through appearances in several media outlets, including CBS News and FastCompany.com.Glenn served as Executive Vice President of TempsAmerica, a large regional temporary staffing firm, before he joined The Execu|Search Group. He is a graduate of New York University and also holds a degree in Business Management from Adelphi University.
A fitness enthusiast, boater, and avid golfer, Glenn enjoys watching and participating in most sports and is a diehard NY Jets fan. He is also proud to be a very involved and committed father of three great children.
