Gary presides over the operations of the Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Office Support recruiting groups as well as providing his staff with direct supervision, training, and mentoring.
As a strong advocate of hard work and the sharing of knowledge, Gary believes in leading by example. “I believe it is important to demonstrate the value of diligence, personal ownership, responsibility, strong ethics, and clear communication," he says. "Those principles allow us to provide top-level service to our clients and candidates, and adhere to the goals of the firm.”
Gary is very proud of the firm’s growth over the years, but feels his greatest sense of fulfillment resides in watching his employees grow both as individuals and professionals.
Prior to joining The Execu|Search Group in 1989, Gary worked for Lazar, Levine & Company, a public accounting firm in New York City. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from The State University of New York at Oswego.
In his free time, Gary spends many hours on the water as an avid boater and even more time with his wife and three children. Gary’s other activities include being the president of Just Say Soccer and The NY Club Soccer League, a program serving more than 5,000 children in the metro area.
