Glenn has been a leader in the staffing industry for more than three decades. He joined The Execu|Search Group in 1997 and under his consistent, professional leadership, the temporary division grew from 40 assigned temporary workers in 1997 to nearly 2,000 diversely skilled employees working throughout the country today.

As a recognized industry leader, he is a former board member of the New York Staffing Association. Glenn also served as a member of the NYSA’s Political Action Committee and participated in the lobbying efforts in Albany that resulted in favorable treatment of the staffing industry as it pertains to the Fair Pay Act and Wage Form requirements in NY.

Glenn’s business philosophy has been consistent throughout his thirty years career in the recruiting and staffing industry. He says, “Treat the client’s trust as sacred and listen to what your candidates are really saying. By communicating clearly and openly and by being fair and ethical, you’ll see that everything else falls into place.” Throughout his tenure at The Execu|Search Group, Glenn is most proud of the people he has seen achieve success and who have helped the firm become the industry leader it is today.

As an Executive Advisor and shareholder, Glenn acts as a sounding board to the leadership team. His expertise and insight honed over his many years of experience enable him to act as a resource to the firm, and he is happy to celebrate the firm’s achievements and consult as needed.

Glenn is a graduate of New York University and also holds a degree in Business Management from Adelphi University. Glenn and his wife enjoy boating, cooking, and spending time at home with their dogs. He is a fitness enthusiast and golfer, collects cars, loves sports, and is a diehard NY Jets fan. Glenn is also proud to be a very involved and committed father of three great young adults.
