Our Story

The Execu|Search Group got its start in 1985 when our founder, Edward Fleischman, started the company. Under the leadership of our CEO, Larry Dolinko, those same founding principles and our entrepreneurial environment are the key elements that have gotten us to where we are today: a company with over 225 talented employees in offices nationwide, with a continued focus on expansion. We’ve enhanced our service offerings over time, but never lose sight of what our clients and candidates have long valued us for: local, personalized services, trusted relationships, and in-depth knowledge of the job market.

We’ve cultivated an environment where our core values drive everything we do, and we have a personal stake in our partners’ success and understand that great relationships don’t just happen overnight.
