Our Story

The Execu|Search Group got its start in 1985 when our founder, Edward Fleischman, started the firm with the belief that people are what move companies forward. Under the leadership of our CEO, Larry Dolinko, those same founding principles are the key elements that have gotten us to where we are today.

Throughout the years, our culture, core values, and entrepreneurial spirit have helped us build a company with over 250 talented employees in offices nationwide. We are constantly evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of the industry, but never lose sight of what our clients and candidates have long valued us for: local, personalized services, trusted relationships, and in-depth knowledge of the job market.
